Zoo Game
You are a zookeeper (also the owner), and you decide to choose your decisions based on what door you choose - if only real life was this easy. There is a true gamer path: with platforming that is really hard, and another path for people who just want to answer the questions in peace. This will be the (most likely,) last version of this game.
If you have chose door number one (top) the most, you are a cruel zookeeper. If you have chose door number two the most, you are an average zookeeper. If you have chose the third door the most, you are a devoted zookeeper destined to help animals. If your answers are sincere, be a zookeeper when you grow up. :)
WASD or arrow keys ( + some other ones such as switch keybinds, etc.) to move left, right and jump. S to do a super dash, to dash super long distances with no limit. (Unlocked when you obtain 6 gems.) C to do a normal dash, which is basically a default dash distance. (Unlocked when you obtain 4 gems.) Double jump is unlocked when you obtain 8 gems. A higher jump (also known as variable jumping, +1 - 2 tile distance in height) is unlocked when you have 2 gems.
Press R to reset yourself and Esc to pause the game (will reset you to the start of the level, though, as I do not know how to retain the position.)
I made this short 2D platformer for a school project, for which I made a short Python text game. However, I want my presentation to be the most unique - so I thought: why don't I just develop a video game with no experience with Godot 4 with a help of a tutorial? I might expand on it and rework the features, but on a different game. By the way, the easy path is intended for my teacher. The normal path is all verified to be possible.
